On The Ground
Q4 '24 and Q1 '25 saw a surge in Growth hiring (CRO, CCO, Head of Growth, SVP of Sales, etc.), signaling a re-investment in company growth broadly speaking, largely on the backs of shifting sentiment as the year came to a close. As moods temper, and we look ahead, a noticeable uptick in demand for Product, Tech, Engineering and Finance talent is emerging. We're keeping a close eye on how capital is deployed by recently funded companies, as the industry reacts to an injection of volatility from the new administration.

- Transcarent announced the completion of their merger with Accolade, and with it Kristen Bruzek (EVP, Care Delivery Operations), Connie Hwang, MD, MPH (Chief Clinical Officer), Abhi Pathak (Chief Product Officer), and Drew Garner (Co-Chief Technology Officer) join the combined entity.
