On The Ground
For the last year, we've brought to light how every role we work on has a data-driven component to it - from Commercial, to Technology, to Operations leadership, that competency has become table stakes. As a leader, hiring organizations want to know how you have used information to your advantage and created efficiencies for scalability.
With the proliferation of AI in Healthcare, new jobs are being created, and not just at AI companies. Healthcare Services is seeing a renaissance in how it uses technology to deliver, reminiscent of the (in many cases failed) digital transformation push in the twenty teens.
For example, if you run through the Health Talent Exchange (our job board that features 160+ healthcare companies), on top of the plethora of data-related roles, you’ll see jobs like:
- Product Manager, AI agents
- Director of AI Engineering
- Director, Care Operations & AI Transformation
- AI Scientist
- Medical AI Director
- Clinical AI Specialist
- AI Enablement Manager
None of these roles existed last year, let alone in 2020 and 2021, during healthcare’s last boom cycle.
Follow this newsletter for highlighted roles every week. And if you want to list your company’s roles (for free) on the Health Talent Exchange, add them here.
