On The Ground
As we lament the waning days of summer, it’s impossible not to also feel the groundswell of activity in recent weeks. Kids are back to school, vacations are over, and the sprint to the end of the year is at the starting line. We have seen so much momentum build during the month of August across a variety of segments and functions, and the rest of Q3 and Q4 promise to be incredibly competitive.
Expect a continued emphasis on growth leaders of all seniorities - remarkable considering how sustained the demand has been for this function for at least 18 months now. Ops is following right behind, as scaling orgs wrestle with growing pains, significant customer demand, and preparation for down market liquidity.
Conference season kicks off soon too, and our team will be at Behavioral Health Tech, HLTH and JPMorgan, so drop us a line if you want to get together.
The TL;DR? Use the long weekend to get some rest, we’re gonna need it!
Happy LDW!
