The Challenge
As Chief Revenue Officer, the candidate will be accountable for developing and executing the GTM strategy in alignment with the corporate objectives. This sales leader will need 15+ years of revenue leadership experience including recent experience in an executive role in a growth stage startup. They would have had recent experience in healthcare technology winning new business with large, complex healthcare system clients. Lastly they would have experience developing and manage revenue operations, including CRM insights, analytics, forecasting, and more in a weekly, monthly, and quarterly cadence.
The Mandate
We are three days in to them working and they are already doing a masterful job of leading the rest of the sales team. Managing the sales team was a huge burden for me and he is immediately alleviated that stress for me. It is still relatively early-on but their judgement seems sound as they have prior experience owning marketing and sales. They are asking all right questions and trust they will be an asset having experience going through a successful exit.
