The Challenge

The CEO will lead company through its next chapter of building a differentiated, scalable dementia care platform. Reporting directly to the Board, the CEO will own the company’s overall strategy, operations, and culture, guiding a small but highly committed team as you translate a compelling thesis and early clinical foundation into repeatable product–market fit. The executive will work closely with the CMO, investors, and key ecosystem partners to design and refine a clinically rigorous care model focused on the earlier stages of dementia, while validating and scaling the channels that drive patient acquisition and engagement. The CEO will collaborate with primary care, health systems, senior living partners, and digital cognitive screening companies to shape the care journey, build sustainable unit economics, and position the company as the trusted “brain health clinic” for patients, families, and referring providers.
