The Challenge
As the VP of Engineering, the executive will be instrumental in leading and evolving our platform organization to power the company’s next phase of growth. Reporting directly to the CEO, the leader will oversee globally distributed engineering and delivery teams responsible for building and scaling the healthcare-first analytics and AI platform, ensuring enterprise-grade reliability, performance, and extensibility. The VP of Engineering will collaborate closely with the product, AI research, customer success, implementation, and go-to-market teams to define the platform roadmap, prioritize use cases, and deliver capabilities that translate into real-world impact for payers and providers.
The Mandate
The process as a whole was very strong. I really appreciate all the effort from the AQP team who have been super engaged. AQP are great partners, if we have any needs in the future, we're obviously going to call them.
