The Challenge

The company is seeking a full-time Chief Financial Officer (CFO) based in New York City to join their executive team. As their first CFO, the executive will be a critical driver of the company’s financial strategy, scalability and ongoing success. You will lead all financial functions from day-to-day operations, including accounting and FP&A, to long-term growth strategy including investor relations, risk management, and operational efficiency. The CFO will be a key thought partner to the current executive and leadership team, providing data-driven insights and financial stewardship as the company scale into new markets and grow the revenue streams. The ideal candidate has experience in a start-up or similar high growth environment and is able to bring both executive-level leadership and a hands-on approach.
