The Challenge
The CPO will serve as a key executive leader responsible for driving the product strategy, vision, and development roadmap of our healthcare organization. Reporting to the President, the CPO will lead the product strategy team, product management teams (technical PM’s and benefits PM’s), product design and user experience teams, product marketing team, and user acquisition team. The CPO will be responsible for creating and maturing high-impact products that deliver significant value to clients and members. Working closely with the executive leadership team and board of directors, the CPO will align product innovation with business goals, regulatory standards, and shareholder expectations in a publicly traded environment. The CPO will also be vital in staying ahead of healthcare technology trends, understanding market needs, and incorporating customer feedback into product development. This individual will ensure collaboration between product, technology, operations, marketing, and sales to deliver innovative, scalable, and compliant products that support our company’s growth targets.
