The Challenge
As the Chief Product & Technology Officer and member of the senior leadership team, the CPTO will lead and develop Product, Technology, and Data Vision, Strategy, and Execution. Reporting directly to the business President & CEO, they will influence and leverage external and internal synergies across functions and leadership and other businesses to ensure product and technology alignment as we execute collaboratively toward results.
The Mandate
AQP’s process on identifying quadrants and the slate of candidates were very good. They had a very organized structure that shared the candidate’s background, along with comp structure - which was very helpful. The weekly touch points and getting the material in advance was powerful.
