They will need 10+ years of experience leading business development and commercialization efforts for high-growth companies with hospital/health system-focused solutions. They will also need experience with EHR/EMR-integrated software and ideally knowledge of surgical technologies space. Lastly, they will need to be mission-driven with a clear passion for impacting the lives of patients and inspiring others to take action in advancing this aim.
