The Challenge
As the client continues on a major growth trajectory, they are now looking to hire an experienced VP of Engineering who will ensure the continued expansion and scale of the technological infrastructure of this interoperability company. This executive will need 5+ years of experience leading sizable engineering teams and organizations in complex payer and provider software. The candidate will also need experience with personal health information and HIPAA requirements, and other critical data infrastructure. Lastly, they will have a track record of successfully managing and scaling a development organization in high-growth, PE/VC-backed technology companies.
