The Challenge
The Chief Executive Officer will bring their experience building exceptional teams and their growth-oriented mindset to strategically develop this business. This executive will leverage their holistic view of the healthcare industry to drive go-to-market strategy, enhance product roadmap and implement operational discipline, while also identifying new opportunities to expand its platform. They will work collaboratively with other members of the executive team as well as board members to build a solid foundation and infrastructure on which the company can solve a major healthcare problem, while aligning itself to an incredible mission.
The Mandate
Very well run process. Mostly exemplified by the quality of the candidate we hired. We are all very excited. Super shocked the candidate was one of the first we met - but that leads into how Aequitas runs the process with the scorecard and everything. Overall really impressed with quality of candidates presented.
