The Challenge
The client is currently seeking a CRO to lead their Go to Market strategies, people and teams into their next phase of hyper growth with employers and TPAs. This executive will be focused on delivering the client’s vision to guide members to affordable, high-quality healthcare by consolidating the customers’ health and wellness strategies into a simple, unified digital experience. They will need to have an strong understanding of healthcare/benefits landscape and the needs of benefit buyers. Lastly, they must have deep knowledge base of the sales process with the ability to engage senior executives in strategic meetings to ensure top down alignment regarding strategy and objective.
