The Challenge
The Chief Revenue Officer represents a key addition to the senior leadership team,, ultimately responsible for driving growth across the third-party billing and practice markets. This executive will need 10+ years of experience selling SaaS solutions to small and mid-sized practices and provider groups. This executive will have experience in administrative software, ideally with EHR/EMR integrated software or billing software. Lastly, they will need to have built and scaled complex sales, marketing, and customer success teams.
The Mandate
The candidate is very eager and has already been proactive with us. He’s very easy to read and is transparent. We see him being impactful for our individual team members and in helping us close larger deals. He’s good at working directly with clients and will improve our overall process, including how we close deals and foster customer success.
