The Challenge
As the Head of Global Life Sciences, this executive will lead global sales to the life sciences segments (Pharma, CROs, and biotech companies) and is responsible for achieving the Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) target. The Head of Global Life Sciences will develop and execute a global sales strategy, manage strategic accounts, and build relationships with senior executives. This executive will also lead and coach a high-performing sales team, ensuring the use of standard processes, and contribute to marketing strategies, competitor monitoring, and identifying business opportunities.
