The Challenge
The leadership team has identified the need for a seasoned Senior Vice President of Growth to drive continued growth and contracts with health plans at the state and national level. This executive will need 8+ years of experience leading BD and commercialization efforts for high-growth companies; VBC experience will be preferred. They will have experience selling to commercial payers, and ideally MA plans. Lastly they will need to be mission-driven with a clear passion for impacting the lives of patients.
The Mandate
We like the candidate’s past experience, especially the fact that they have small company experience. They have already been vocal during presentations and have been an instant contributor to team discussions. They are comfortable taking lead and sharing their reasoning for certain decisions. The candidate is curious and has been a sponge for information since joining.
