The Challenge
The Vice President of Engineering role represents a critical addition to the team, ultimately responsible for developing the Engineering team and defining the strategy to become the gold standard platform for mental health through tech-enabled care. This candidate will have 8+ years of development experience which ideally includes dealing with clinical software in a regulated industry. They will create, optimize and implement processes needed to achieve operational excellences in all areas to exceed deliverables. Lastly, they will develop and embody an engineering culture that prioritizes agility, security and predictability and supports long term strategic corporate objectives.
The Mandate
We are very excited about the candidate; especially the fact that they bring experience from a similar environment as us. We think their personality will be a tremendous addition to the engineering team. We believe the candidate will be able to address the need of properly formalizing processes with how the engineering reaches conclusions. Within the first two months, the candidate will be able to enhance the communication the engineering team, the product team, and executive leadership.
